  • Return the hair dryer with all accessories and gifts. 
  • Return them in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For any returns regarding product quality issues, VENTRIS will bear the shipping costs. 
  • For any returns regarding other than product quality issues, the buyer should bear the shipping costs. 
  • For any returns regarding any reason other than product quality issues, buyers should assume responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transport.
